The production of extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. Cilento, is exclusive to 62 countries of the National Park of Cilento where all operations of harvesting, processing and packaging must take place.
Particular care and attention is paid during the phases of harvesting, transport and storage of olives because they must not suffer neither trauma nor damage.
The remarkable presence of aromatic notes makes this oil prefer the use of this oil on dishes of a certain consistency, typical of the area of origin, grilled fish, legumes soups, roasts of any kind and on hot dishes.
